In hadoop 2.5, the concept of heterogeneous storage will be introduced in the
API. This is something which users may eventually want to take advantage of.
Ideally, I could see the toggles for users to be-
# For walogs
# For specified tables for all file writes
# for specified tables for Minor Compactions
(I know this ticket is jumping the gun a bit, but wanted to post about it
before I forgot)
