Make the example logger.xml for randomwalk a good default:
* comment out usage of the remote log appender in the loggers, since the
appender itself is already commented out
* bump up the log level for o.a.a.core.file.rfile.bcfile.Compression to at
least INFO, to keep it from spamming the logs with unhelpful debug messages
* whatever else seems like a good idea
