Fix For: 1.7.0
Since the RPMs were dropped from the the build in ACCUMULO-2606, the sysctl and
limits configuration files, and the example init.d script, are no longer
included in any packaging. These might be good candidates for inclusion in the
binary tarball in a contrib directory. This can be done in the assemble module.
