When there is no mount point for /user in a viewfs mount table, and trash is
turned on, a FileNotFoundException is thrown at
org.apache.accumulo.server.fs.VolumeManagerImpl.moveToTrash(line 324)
Workaround is to either turn off trash or to not use viewfs in instance.volumes
