I am unable to reproduce this with Maven 3.0.4 or 3.1.1. Was there something
else running on the port? Which OS is this failing on? Have you tried with
3.1.1 or newer Maven? Was this build running concurrently with another build
that may have caused a port conflict? Was mvn executed with -T to do parallel
builds across modules that both use mini?
