The Accumulo 1.6 build uses maven-surefire-plugin version 2.16, which generates
a lot of {{$\{java.io.tmpdir\}/stdout\[0-9\]+deferred}} files that aren't
cleaned up.
This is fixed in version 2.17, but I'm not sure it is worth overriding the
versions in the Apache parent POM to address it.
