When MiniAccumuloClusterImpl and MiniAccumuloClusterConfigImpl got broken out
of MiniAccumuloCluster and MiniAccumuloClusterConfig, it looks like they kept
the same @since tag, so they claim to have existed since 1.5.0 even though it
was added in 1.6.0.
