For one thing, it looks like the multiTableTest doesn't wait for the executed
ingest processes to finish before it starts tearing down. I'm not sure why (or
even if) this would prevent MAC from shutting down properly, but it is a
problem with the test. After all, it's possible that the ingest processes
haven't even fully started before the test starts trying to shut down.
