Running an instance of MiniAccumuloCluster with the accumulo-maven-plugin
failed to die right away when my project POM didn't have ZooKeeper as a
dependency (and thus, the classpath did not include ZooKeeper). Instead, it
waited for 20 seconds to talk to ZooKeeper. However, there it should have
failed immediately since the ZooKeeper process could not be started in the
first place.
