putting this for review for confirmation since it modifies nav and the update
to the features page is non-trivial.
The features page seemed to be indicating features for 1.3+ (since it called
out when things were only in 1.4, 1.5, or in some cases specific minor
versions. Since the minimum current release is now 1.5, I updated the page so
that if something isn't labeled, it's talking about 1.5+.
