Testing moving a cluster from non-HA to HA HDFS. Looking for gaps in
documentation around failure handling.
After first changing HDFS to HA nameservice, Accumulo comes up and fails (ATM
due to ACCUMULO-2791)
Attempting to use the ListVolumesUsed utility while the cluster is down to see
what volumes are around shows the ZK volumes and then hangs attempting to show
the volumes for root and metadata.
The utility should either gracefully handle when the cluster is down or take a
flag to skip checking it.
Workaround: use the utility as is, hit control-C once it hangs.
