Fix For: 1.7.0
Jetty is very far out of date. Updating to a newer version (9), will ensure
better downstream integration, because Jetty 6 isn't really available in many
distributions these days, and is poorly maintained.
Updating also ensures we can take advantage of newer features/security
holes/etc.
