ACCUMULO-2294 changed the default SDF format string that was used for log
messages in the monitor.
It would be nice to allow configuration of this parameter using
accumulo-site.xml.
Create a new Property for this SDF format string, pull it from the
AccumuloConfiguration, and then use that instead of the hard-coded value.
