The newly introduced server/tserver/src/test/resources/walog-from-14/* fails to
pass the apache-rat check on a Mac (on Linux, the file is ignored, because it
is identified as binary, but on Mac it is not correctly identified as binary).
It should be explicitly excluded from the rat check in server/tserver/pom.xml,
with the other WALogs.
