The TabletServer does checks every 5 seconds to see make sure that JVM GC isn't
interfering with expected operation.
The log message leaves something to be desired:

log.warn(String.format("Check for long GC pauses not called in a timely fashion
%.1f", diff / 1000.));

1. Need to add the units (seconds) on {{diff}}
2. Need to include that the time in between checks is 5seconds (the difference
without context of what was expected is unhelpful).
