CyclicReplicationIT also is affected, but slightly differently. Because it
makes two MAC instances on its own (instead of the one created by
ConfigurableMacIT), it doesn't adhere to the SSL option at all. Will open a new
issue for that specifically, and leave this to track MultiInstanceReplicationIT
and UnorderedWorkAssignerReplicationIT, specifically.
