Fix For: 1.7.0
TServerUtils and ThriftUtils classes exist for servers and clients,
respectively, that are configured using necessary TProcessors,
TTransportFactorys, and TTransports, in addition to the specific Thrift server
type.
The Proxy should also use TServerUtils (and ThriftUtil, if necessary) instead
of manually constructing its Thrift server manually.
