There is some setup needed by the start and stop scripts that is not needed by
most accumulo script commands. It would be nice to be able to run a shell and
other client-type commands without needing the host files. Ideally we could
identify the necessary config for clients and make sure clients use only that,
instead of relying unnecessarily on other configs.
