We have a bunch of sleep statements in related VFS tests in
AccumuloReloadingVFSClassLoaderTest and VfsClassLoaderTest which were added to
make them reliably pass. A quick test would be to remove those sleeps and
ensure that the tests continue to pass repeatedly.
