There is a race condition in the following code

final VFSClassLoader cl = clRef.get();
if (cl == null || cl.getParent() != parent.getClassLoader()) {
{code}
Check done w/ old version of {{cl}} may force update unnecessarily. Also check
{{ cl.getParent() != parent.getClassLoader()}} may cause a blocking refresh,
when an older version of the classloader could be returned immediately.
