I wanted to say that I'm a little frustrated that this got committed without
really responding about my concerns on test coverage (thank you, Dave. I know
you did engage me on the subject). Even if it was infeasible to add tests to
cover these changes, it would have been nice to say so rather than pretty much
ignoring the concerns and moving forward.
Also, the final patch included a guava class which doesn't exist as a
dependency in accumulo-start. I'm removing the usage of it to remove the
necessity to add a new dependency here.
