This patch updates the dependency, moves to using the new package name
o.a.htrace, deletes TraceRunnable/TraceCallable/TraceExecutorService in favor
of using the htrace version of those classes, and makes CompactionQueue use a
Comparator so TraceRunnable does not need to be Comparable.
