If you're suggesting that this change will not require future RFile version
number bumps when we add stuff to this structure, then yeah, let's do it now.
If it doesn't prevent the need to do RFile version number bumps to track
compatibility, then I don't see what an intermediate RFile version which only
changes the format of a data structure gets us, if it also doesn't come with
added functionality.
