[~billie.rinaldi] noticed that I didn't call out the differences in the user
manual Kerberos chapter in how accumulo init works, specifically the lack of a
user named "root", and a user-provided name which gets assigned all of the
permissions the "root" user would have in a non-kerberos installation.
