Looks good, Keith. A couple of ideas:
* Introduce what a TabletBalancer is when introducing the topic
* How does someone use the GroupBalancer? Do they write their own
implementation? Is it configuration based?
* Another example could be tracking website traffic. Similar to geographic
distribution, evenly spreading out the analytic records for multiple sites
hosted by one organization (e.g. org1 => foo.com, bar.com, foobar.com, org2 =>
google.com, yahoo.com, etc). Same premise, just different application.
