Fix For: 1.7.0
DeleteIT wants to stopAll the cluster at the end of the test but doesn't run
any assertions about the stop. This just seems to cause problems with a
standalone cluster, trying to restart it immediately after.
Since it seems pointless (or at least unchecked), remove it.
