Fix For: 1.7.0
The appropriate place for {{NewTableConfiguration}} seems like
{{org/apache/accumulo/core/client/admin}}. However its currently in
{{org/apache/accumulo/core/client}}. Would be nice to move it before 1.7.0 is
released and its part of the API.
