Cool, thanks for doing that. One thing that might be nice is to lift the final
artifact (the shared object) directly underneath {{target/}}. Just thinking
down the line, placing this directly in target would at least alleviate the
need for downstream consumers to deal with modifying their
scripts/spec-files/whatever in a non-version dependent manner.
