Description:
Reading through http://accumulo.apache.org/releasing.html
* That page doesn't cover updating dist.apache.org with the artifacts with the
signatures and hashes. Updating reporter.apache.org would also be good to
reference (I got an email asking that I update it shortly after {{svn ci}}'ing).
* Doesn't cover making a signed git-tag
* Make sure snapshot version is updated.
* Copy examples to website
* Copy user manual to website
