Well, I was going to start with the regular jars first. I saw what you did for
the javadoc jars in HBase, and we could do something like that... but I wonder
if it's better to defer that to a change in the Apache parent POM. That might
be a larger issue than just Accumulo, certainly affecting more projects than
just us, and I don't think it'd be better to push that upstream than to go with
an Accumulo-specific workaround.
As much as possible, I'd prefer to keep in sync with the parent POM, and fit in
with what the community is doing for standardizing builds.
