Fix For: 1.6.5
The version of findbugs in the 1.6 branch doesn't work on JDK8, and the latest
versions don't work with JDK6. A profile can be created to automatically change
the version of the plugin when JDK8+ is detected. This saves the user a small
amount of work when building with a newer JDK.
