That's a great find, [[email protected]]! I completely agree with you:
if we fail to set up the TTransport, we fail to actually close the underlying
Socket (because we think we never opened anything).
Marking this one to get fixed in the upcoming releases we're working through.
Any interest in trying to write a patch for this?
