In ACCUMULO-1124 shorter keys that may not exist in data were generated to add
to RFile indexes. The work done for ACCUMULO-1124 only covered the lowest level
of the RFile tree.
As keys are pushed up the RFile index tree, its possible that more shortening
could be done. Not sure if this is possible. Thought of it while working on
ACCUMULO-1124 and didn't have time to pursue. Opening this issue before I
forget about it.
