Could not complete a run of the ITs on Jenkins because the
ZooKeeperServerMain_\*.out files were far too big.
The ZooKeeperServerMain log file for
org.apache.accumulo.harness.SharedMiniClusterBase grew to over 17G before
filling up my disk.
MiniAccumuloCluster probably should not write the DEBUG logs for ZooKeeper by
default.
