Yes I think it is at the point where we can publish the tour on the website.
I kept the ticket open and assigned it to [~kturner] because he wanted to add
an exercise on Conditional Mutations and maybe iterators. I was going to give
him a few more days before publishing but looks like he was too busy and hasn't
looked at it yet.
