This only applies to the CachingHDFSSecretKeyEncryptionStrategy and maybe the
NonCachingSecretKeyEncryptionStrategy. These are insecure example strategies
that nobody should really be using anyway. We can certainly change this
behavior in them, but we could just as easily provide better implementations
entirely to be available for use.
