Resolution: Incomplete
There has been no activity on this issue in 20 months. I'm going to close this
issue and the other upgrade-tests issues as "Incomplete". If activity resumes
on this, it can be imported to a new gitbox repo or added to the existing
'accumulo-testing' repo. Now that Accumulo is using GitHub for issue tracking,
the issues can be added to the specific repository where this contribution is
added.
