milleruntime opened a new pull request #1114: Deprecate Formatter & move ScanInterpreter to SPI URL: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/1114 I thought this might be a good clean up refactor for 2.0. I removed Formatters that were deprecated in 1.8 and moved ScanInterpreter to SPI. I am not sure if the Formatters should go into SPI or not.
