EdColeman opened a new pull request #1184: fixed time calculation to use nano delta URL: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/1184 I noticed that the time calculation didn't using nano times was not using a delta - wondering if these changes would be "more" correct or if I missed something. Did not look for other occurrences until confirmation that the current calculation could be an issue
