Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Could not reproduce this error on 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT and with hadoop3. The test
consistently finished ~7s (total). If you want into this again, feel free to
open up a new issue at https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues.
