Please describe.** No, there is no problem **Describe the solution you'd like** Migrate code from using HTrace to using OpenTelemetry **Describe alternatives you've considered** No alternatives considered, it appears that projects on consolidating on the OpenTelemetry project. In fact Hadoop is targeting OpenTelemetry adoption in their 3.4.0 release (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-15566) and HTrace was removed from the DFSClient in versions 3.0.4, 3.1.1 and 3.2.0 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13702). **Additional context** N/A -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
