@keith-turner - I [found](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/main/server/base/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/server/init/Initialize.java#L198) where the locality groups are set on the Metadata table. Looking at [MetadataSchema](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/main/core/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/core/metadata/schema/MetadataSchema.java), should we create a locality group for each section? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
