For `ManagerApitIT`, it appears it getting stuck in `getConnectionWithRetry` when it gets to the privilegedUser test case inside `z99_testPermissions_shutdown`. From what I can tell, the initial go-around gives a connection refused exception to the manager. Then every time after, the amount of managers is 0 which is why it will keep looping. Things seems to point to the changes in ThriftUtil specifically but I am still taking a closer look. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
