I fired up this PR in Uno with some data to test how many watchers we spawn.
Comparing against main with the same data this is what I saw:

ed's: Total watches:212

So we are looking great so far. I didn't see any nodes for individual table
properties. I did notice that there are still a lot of watches under table
names, namespaces and state. I am wondering where they are coming from. Maybe
the `TableManager`?
