I don't think anybody has suggested or is planning a 2.2. Doing a 2.2 also risks putting us in branch-hell (it's frustrating enough that we have 3 branches to maintain, one for each LTM and main, adding more 2.x release lines in addition to the 3.x ones would make it worse). We've talked about a 3.0. I would target that on the main branch, or hold off for a 3.1 if we want 3.0 to just include cleanup and immediately work on 3.1. The autogenerated thrift changes are making it harder to load the diffs on GitHub. If you want to, you could revert the autogenerated changes for the purposes of code review (with the understanding that it won't compile and they'd have to be added back in a subsequent commit once reviewed). Otherwise, I might need to go to the command line and look at the diffs locally to finish my review (which is fine, too; it's up to you). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
