It appears in all cases it was either a MinC file (F*****.rf) or a bulk load file (I******.rf) that is present in the metadata table, but not in the tserver memory. There are three F files from one table that were all generated at the same time on the same day and one I file from a different table. So this is happening across multiple tables and multiple tservers. It seems to always be the same tables and the same files referenced in the logs. I do not see any messages regarding splits on the metadata table or the individual tsevers hosting the tablets referencing a discrepancy.
