A wrapped error may not always come frrom Accumulo code or user plugin code,
it could come from java code or third party libraries. For example the java
future class may wrap an Error in an ExecutionException then something in the
Accumulo code may wrap the ExecutionException with a RuntimeException, an error
occured its just not at the top level.

We don't have to make this change, but if the intention is to halt on Error
I think its reasonable to expect it to be possibly wrapped for many many
different reasons.
