I ran a complete verify locally that passed. Running as a GitHub action, the CloseScannerIT failed 3 times. Running in an IDE and locally, the test passes. Because the test can pass, it seems that this change is not related to using a deprecated property (that would require adding the --force flag) and causing the failure. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
