Talked with @keith-turner about this - I don't think we want to merge this. The error that is being thrown, the absence of a flush ID, is likely due to the test only inserting data into one of the tablets. The other tablet is likely not hosted, so a flush does not happen and the flushID is not incremented. This is no longer an error. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
