**Describe the bug**
When viewing the in-progress external compactions via `./accumulo admin
ec-admin running -d` the duration times
reported back do not seem to be accurate and have extremely high counts for
a value of ms.
It's high enough that the value returned might be nanoseconds vs
milliseconds.
**Versions (OS, Maven, Java, and others, as appropriate):**
- Affected version(s) of this project: [e.g. 1.10.0] 2.1
**Expected behavior**
After starting an external compaction, the in-progress duration reported
back should be as accurate as possible.
